Treatment will be completed according to the plan you select, at the agreed-upon fee. We will be happy to assist you in setting up a plan that works for you. In certain cases we are able to offer money-saving payment options.
Payment Options
Payment for services is due following the treatment visit, unless payment arrangements have been made in advance with the business staff. We accept cash, checks, debit card or credit card payment.

Dental Insurance
If you have a dental insurance allowance, we will make every effort to help you receive your maximum allowable benefit. We must emphasize that, as dental practitioners, our relationship is with you and not your dental insurance company. As a courtesy to you, we will file your dental insurance claims: however, all charges are ultimately the patient's responsibility from the date services are rendered.
