Dr. Amparo M. David received her dental degree from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University in 1999, where she graduated with honors. Dr. David has completed a mini-residency in Temporal Mandibular Disorders at the Tufts School of Dental Medicine and attended courses of the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. She continues to pursue her fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), and is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and the Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. David is extremely committed to understanding the unique needs of each of her patients, and strives for perfection with each of them. She takes great pride in providing the best that dentistry has to offer and continues to hone her skills formally and through her interactions with colleagues.
Affiliations:
Sharon Warren is our Dental Office Manager. She has been with the practice since 2006. Her voice will most likely be the first you will hear when calling Dr David’s office and the first person to greet you when entering the office. She enjoys getting to know our patients and their families and makes every effort to make your visit a pleasant one.
Sharon is trained in dental assisting and has worked in the dental field for over twenty years. She is very knowledgeable of dentistry and will be able to answer most of your questions and help you with scheduling, payment options and insurance coverage.
When not working, Sharon enjoys trying out new recipes, gardening, travel and spending time with her husband Rick and children Samantha and Christopher.
Paulette LeBlanc is our Insurance and Billing Coordinator. She enjoys her job very much, even when she is dealing with insurance companies.
She lives in Bolton with her husband and two boys Alex and Justin. She enjoys walking, good food and good conversation.
Karen Westerman (R.D.H.) has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 33 years. She has enjoyed working with Dr. David and her great staff for the last year.
She has three children, Hilarie, Tim & Dan. She also has two beautiful grandsons, J.J. and Jack. She lives with her husband Tim in Rutland, MA, along with their two dogs: Devil Dog, the bulldog, and Shammy, the 150lb. St. Bernard.
In her spare time she and her daughter run a small antique business out of Cider Mill in Sterling. They are known as the "Dumpster Divas". She enjoys vacationing at the Cape and spending time with her family and friends.
Angela Dover (R.D.H.) graduated with highest honors from Quinsigamond Community College in 2002. She has been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist since then.
Angela joined the staff at Dr. David's office in early 2008, and feels honored to be part of such a great team.
Katie Geldart has been practicing since 1977. She has seen many advances in dentistry including digital x-rays. Her approach is giving patients a healthy mouth and the education that goes with it.
Denise Pirani has been a dental assistant for over
20 years and an assistant of Dr. David’s since 2007. She also
assists both of our specialists that come into our office, being extremely
skilled in endodontic, periodontic, and general dental assisting.
In addition to dental assisting, she also performs the ZOOM in office
whitening procedure. She feels the best part of being a dental assistant
is seeing her patient’s smile change from start to finish and
she is extremely motivated to help patient’s feel as comfortable as
possible when they come into the office.
When she is not here at the office she enjoys walking, having fun,
decorating, and enjoying her life with her son Bryan.
Loren Puzzo
will be one of the first faces you see when you come into
the office. She works at the front desk with Sharon, our wonderful
office manager, and is committed to making your experience here as
comfortable, enjoyable, and stress free as possible. She can assist
you with questions or concerns regarding appointment scheduling, insurance,
treatment plans, or anything else related to your experience here.
She has been with the office since November of 2008 and truly loves
her job and being here with the wonderful staff and patients.
While she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband Brandon, a Social Studies teacher at Algonquin Regional High School in Northborough, her 4 year old daughter Haley, and their 2 year old Shih Tzu Sancho. She is a huge Boston Red Sox fan and also when she is not cheering them on she enjoys running, doing Yoga and Pilates, art, music, shopping, and going to the beach.
