Dr. Amparo M. David received her dental degree from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University in 1999, where she graduated with honors. Dr. David has completed a mini-residency in Temporal Mandibular Disorders at the Tufts School of Dental Medicine and attended courses of the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. She continues to pursue her fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), and is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and the Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. David is extremely committed to understanding the unique needs of each of her patients, and strives for perfection with each of them. She takes great pride in providing the best that dentistry has to offer and continues to hone her skills formally and through her interactions with colleagues.
Affiliations:
Dr. Gabriel Boustani attended Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, earning his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree graduating with honors, his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Periodontology, as well as a Masters of Science in Dentistry.
In 2008, Dr. Boustani became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a designation appointed to those who make significant
achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of the specialty.
Since 2001, Dr. Boustani's practice has been limited to Periodontics, which focuses on the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of periodontal disease as well as implant dentistry. His professional affiliations include memberships in the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, and the Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr. April Alford grew up in southern California. She knew at a very young age that she wanted to be a dentist. Growing up she worked for her pediatric dentist after school and on weekends. She continued to work as a dental assistant through-out her undergraduate studies. She discovered endodontics while working as an assistant for an Endodontist in Santa Barbara, California. Upon graduating from Westmont College she immediately entered dental school at the University of California. While there she continued to enjoy and excel in the field of endodontics. It was an easy decision for her to pursue specialization.
In June of 2005 she packed up and moved to Boston to attend the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry and received her certificate for Advanced Graduate Study in Endodontics. Though she has completed her official education she is a student for life, continuing to take advanced courses. In an effort to be able to provide the best and most comprehensive care possible Dr. Alford is looking forward to completing an advanced residency in implant dentistry.
Dr. Alford is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics and volunteers on the resident and new practitioner committee. In June of 2007 she succeeded in passing part I of III of the American Board of Endodontists. She is continuing to work toward passing the other two sections to obtain Diplomat status as an endodontist.
Sharon Warren is our Dental Office Manager. She has been with the office since 2006 and is one of the first voices you will hear when you call and one of the first of many friendly faces you will see when you enter our office.
She enjoys getting to know our patients and their families and makes every effort to make your visit a pleasent one. Sharon has trained in dental assisting and has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. She is very knowledgeable in dentistry and will be able to answer most of your questions and help you with scheduling, payment options, and insurance coverage.
When not working, she enjoys trying out new recipes, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband Rick and children Samantha and Christopher.
Loren Velardi is one of the first faces your will see when you come into the office and voices you will hear when you call. She adores her job as the Patient Coordinator and is committed to making your experience here as comfortable, enjoyable, and as stress free as possible. She can assist you with questions or concerns, and if she does not have the answer, she will not stop until she gets it for you!.
She has been with the practice for 2 years and takes great pride in being part of such an amazing team in such a fabulous community. She lives by the office philosophy that the "passionate pursuit of perfection is our ultimate goal".
In her spare time, Loren enjoys spending time with her 6 year old daughter Haley at their home in Hanson, Massachusetts as well as trying to stay as active as possible. She has an affinity for sports, espcially the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, and Boston Celtics. She also enjoys art, music, shopping, the gym, traveling, animals and anything that is new and exciting. She cannot wait to see you here in the office!
Paulette Leblanc is the Insurance and Billing Coordinator at the office, and she brings over 20 years experience in the dental field.
She enjoys her job very much, even when she is dealing with insurance companies. She has expertise with billing and claims and is commited to helping our patients understand the more complex aspects of dental insurance and billing. She lives in Bolton with her husband and their two sons.
She enjoys walking, yoga, traveling, and speding quality time with her family.
Karen Westerman (R.D.H.) has been practicing for 35 years and has thoroughly enjoyed her time at the practice for the past 3 years.
She has a passion for her patients and is commited to their dental health and well being. She has an amazing way of connecting and communicating with her patients, cause them to follow her wherever she practices.
She has 3 children, Hilarie, Tim, and Dan. She also has 3 amazing grandchildren, J.J, Jack, and Gracie in addition to her to her 2 dogs, Shammy (St. Bernard) and Devil (English Bulldog). In her spare time she enjoys traveling, music, antiquing, decorating, and enjoying life.
Kesone "K" Alexander (R.D.H.) has been a registered dental hygenist for 17 years. She is also registered to deliver local anesthesia. She joined the practice in January 2011 and is enjoying her experience, espcially educating her patients and getting to know them. Her vibrant personality, drive and commitment allow her to easily take on her hygiene role and become a vital part in her patients oral care. She is excited to meet patients and takes great pride in her professionalism.
She lives in Bolton with her husband and enjoys playing golf, tennis, and biking riding in the summer; skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying as active as possible.
Alicia Anderson (R.D.H.) is a recent graduate of Quinsigamond Community College's Dental Hygiene program. She joined the practice in November 2010 and is enjoying her new and exciting experience. She enjoys getting to know our wonderful patients and sharing her knowledge of hygiene with her colleagues and patients. She is commited to giving her patients the best care possible in the most comfortable and caring manner.
In her spare time, Alicia enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family and her dog.
Katie Geldart has been practicing as a dental assistant since 1977. She graduated from AVRVHS in Marlborough with her dental assisting certification.
She has seen many advances in dentistry including digital x-rays.
Her approach is giving patients a health mouth and the education that goes with it.
Rozhgar (Roz) Sharif is one of Dr. David's dental assistants and she is commited to giving every patient a pleasent visit at the office. Roz has been working in the dental field for 6 years and has experience in general dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics. In addition to assisting Dr. David she is also the assistant to our periodontist and endodontist.
Roz moved to Marlborough, MA in August 2010 from Northern Virginia where she completed her dental assisting class in 2005 and went to the University of Maryland for her Bachelors degree in Biology.
Her ultimate goal is to continue her education and become a dentist, which is a dream she has had since she was a young girl. Her wish is to help people and give them a beautiful smile.
